Website editing, redesign, content changes, programming, database work, plugin/application work and troubleshooting unrelated to the hosting platform are not included in hosting. Domains, email services, premium software and third-party licenses are priced separately.
Low Volume clients: standalone hosting, licensing, subscription or product orders are subject to a $35 administrative & procurement fee per invoice/order when no related billable technical service is included. The fee is waived when related billable technical work is included on the same order.

Low-Volume Standalone Orders
For Low Volume clients, a $35 administrative & procurement fee per invoice/order applies when Perfect Hi-Tech is supplying standalone products, licensing, subscriptions, web hosting or similar solutions and no related billable technical services are included.
The $35 fee is waived when the same order includes related billable technical services, such as installation, configuration, deployment, migration, consulting, troubleshooting, website design, website editing or other paid technical labour. The fee is per invoice/order, not per licence or individual product.
Support labour is separate from products, licensing, subscriptions, hosting and hardware. Eligibility and scope apply to included or discounted managed solutions.
