For Low Volume clients, a $35 administrative and procurement fee per invoice/order applies to standalone product, licensing, subscription, hosting and similar orders when no related billable technical services are included. The fee is waived when the same order includes related billable technical services. The fee applies per invoice/order, not per individual licence or product.
